Measurable Results

Promises of performance are nothing unless backed up by quantifiable results. Nothing measures the actual performance and abilities of a management company better than financial statements for the marina under contract.

Here’s something you won’t see elsewhere.

At CMM we’re not afraid to put our money where our mouths are. Two historical condensed profit and loss statements for properties operated by CMM, in dramatically different areas of the United States, are summarized here demonstrating our performance.

One measures our performance against a previous operator (year to year). The other measures our own performance in our second year versus our first. An important testament to CMM’s ability to continue revenue growth year after year.

Both are backed up with actual audited financial statements.

Although these particular results don’t necessarily guarantee you will experience the same level of revenue growth at your facility, they are indicative of CMM’s successes in what is generally regarded as a very difficult economy.

How do we accomplish results such as these?

  • Reduce inefficiencies. No matter what type of marina, there is always ways to make the facility function effectively. With 37 years experience in the business, we know where the fat is.
  • Increase productivity. Teams respond to realistic challenges and goals.
  • Actively engaged teams beginning with front line employees. Nobody is more important than your “first impression” staff.
  • Create additional revenue streams. We call it “flow through”.
  • Strict oversight and regular onsite presence by CMM.
  • Accountability. Everyone onboard is responsible for the success of the marina.

But, nothing takes the place of....hard work. Simply put, CMM will spend more time onsite, working hand in hand, alongside with the marina team to accomplish measureable results than any other company.
