1. Silver - from $3,500.00/month (management fee dependent upon property size/complexity):

2. Gold - from $4,500.00/month (management fee dependent upon property size/complexity):
  1. Marina operational oversight. Quarterly scheduled property inspection by CMM*
  2. H/R/marketing/strategic planning support & consultation.
  3. Regional market comps and positioning support.
  4. Accounts payable/receivables oversight & management.
  5. Monthly bank statement reconciliation.
  6. Equipment/dock/building/fuel system appraisal/recommended maintenance & upgrades.
  7. Daily management protocols and operational checklist development.
  8. Available IT support. (Subject to additional fee).
3. Platinum - from $8,500 per month or 5% of Gross Receipts. (management fee dependent upon property size/complexity):
  1. Complete marina operational management. Monthly scheduled property inspection by CMM*
  2. Marketing/Social media strategic planning and promotion.
  3. Regional market comps and positioning support.
  4. Accounts payable/receivables oversight & management.
  5. Monthly bank statement reconciliation.
  6. Complete monthly financial reporting including profit & loss statement, balance sheet, rent roll, copies of all A/P checks written and performance narrative.
  7. Annual marina operating budget month by month planning, complete with projected cap-ex expense and complete anticipated labor cost breakout.
  8. Equipment/dock/building/fuel system appraisal/recommended maintenance & upgrades
  9. Daily management protocols and operational checklist development.
  10. Dedicated IT support. (Subject to additional fee).
  11. Managed payroll services.
  12. Dedicated HR support.
  13. Employee Handbook.
  14. Complete employee benefits package including:

  • All packages subject to travel related expenses (board, travel, meals, etc.) invoiced at cost plus 10% (supporting documentation provided).
  • Prices shown are minimal monthly fees. Complex/large or Association-owned/managed properties priced individually and subject to complexity.
  • Initialization (one-time setup) fees apply for all packages.
  • Individual packages may be combined with additional services "a la carte".
